Sunrise Yosemite Elopement

Dusty and Allie are our best friends. I grew up with Dusty, so he’s like another brother to me. I met Allie through Instagram from one of my high school friends which so happens to be her cousin. And then Allie and I discovered we were next door neighbors. Watching two people so important in our lives come together and fall in love was cool. When they told us they were dating I legit cried hahaha.

We woke up at 3am to start getting ready, and the ceremony started at 6am in Yosemite Valley. We then went back to the lodge for a celebratory breakfast with their families. Afterwards, we hiked up to Glacier Point because the road was closed due to the Ferguson fire. It was such a wild experience to have Glacier Point all to ourselves, not a car in sight and not another single person in sight. We joked around how the park would open up the road to Glacier Point the next day, and they did… You two and your families mean the most, we love you.
